the 0:07 effect, it's a New Blue effect (I think you can do it with the "Spotlight" one, just adjusting the colors), and I have no idea what effect is used in 0:13.

I think that at 00:13 is some sparkle with NewBlueV3 Dual Booster - silver extreme

I thought it could be with that because yesterday I was using that option and I thought it could be with that.

I'm not sure if this is the effect you're talking about, but if you mean the one with all of the squares it's Newblue V6 Tiles

Yes, I do have it xD lol and I know how Chris did both effects For the first one (the scene with Kali), he had 2 tracks, the same clip on both. He then took NB V6 Garbage Matte in the preset 'Pyramid' and put it on the top clip, He moved around the points so that the pyramid was upside down, then animated it so that they moved at the end of the clip. He then added NB V5 Old TV, and it looks like he just took the 'Reset to None' preset and changed up the scan lines (I tried it and about 100 for the resolution and 33 for the intensity). To change the color to red, he just added 'Channel Blend' in the preset 'Red Only', depending on the coloring you will need to change up the settings a little bit. He did also put NB V3 spotlight to the bottom clip. I believe in the preset 'bright spot' then he messed with the size and feathery-ness and then he just animated it so that the spotlight was smaller at the end. For the second effect (the one he used on the lydia scene from 2x09), he used NB V6 Tiles in the preset 'Dusty Trio'(I used 5x5 tiles, setting the scale to 0), then used 'Cookie Cutter' to make it smaller (use the setting for a square and turn off the border, turn the repeat X to 10, then change the size (I did to 340) he then went back and animated the overlap setting on the tiles (I did 0 at the beginning then 15 at the end) I hope that helped! <3
