Sony Vegas shuts down when I put FX effects on the videoline

Hey sweeties!

I hope you can help me out. Since 3 weeks my sony vegas keeps crashing. I already installed it like 100 times again and it didn't work.. 

When I am making a video (a clean video without any fx effects) there is no problem but when I put on fx effects for the coloring it say that my sony vegas has stopped working because there was a problem and it causes the programm to shut down. I don't know what is wrong. 

I was hoping you could help me. I have Sony vegas 12 pro and before there was nothing wrong. I've already tried to install it like 100 times, even other versions.. but nothing helped. I also did an repair on my laptop where I went back to when it all was right but nothing helped.

Please, i can't imagine I cannot vid again. My laptop is just a couple of months old

You say that you have installed Sony Vegas again but have you tried to uninstall and then install your NewBlueFx again? Because it's probably your NewBlueFx who makes your Sony Vegas. I don't if you have download a crack but you can maybe try to download an other version.
And just to be sure, start an anlysis of your systim you might have a virus.

I have already tried an analyse of my system. No viruses detected! And I don't have any NewBlueFx on my computer. It is the regular settings you can put on. (Like black/white, cookie cutter, colour balance etc.)

I have completely removed my sony vegas and installed it again. But nothing worked.. Well luckily my boyfriend works with computers and he said he maybe can fix it. He "just" have to install windows 8.1 all over again. Because there is probably something wrong with my windows 8.1 that is on my laptop. (Legal version)
