Sony Vegas Glitch(es)

So I've been using NewBlue and Velocity effects lately, but my Vegas just doesn't cooperate...Here are all my glitches:

1) Blackness at Velocity Peaks

I literally see a black flash everytime my video passes over a velocity peak, but the worst part is it RENDERS like that  


2) Newblue Effects Crashes Vegas

If I use ANY of my Newblue FX, my vegas just crashes mid editing!  FOR NO REASON!  And the thing is I only have Vegas open when I edit...no internet, no youtube, just my Vegas program.

3) NewBlueFX won't open in SV pro 12!!! WTF??

I thought maybe all the glitches are just happening to me because of the my version (SV pro 8) so I updated to the 12 using the links given on this forum.  I re installed all my NewblueFX, but they won't even open in SV 12, so I had to go back to SV 8...someone HELP??? 

I literally can't work on ANY of my projects with glitch #2...and I have collab parts due this weekend!!!!!!  I wouldn't mind telling the admins of the collabs to find a back-up, but I'm almost done with all of them (and they look nice compared to my other stuff so...) HELP ME :"(
