Sony Vegas issue

Hey everyone,

My sony vegas seems to be having issues while editing and playing it as a preview, it keeps lagging on all areas of sony vegas and i cant seem to figure it out. ive tried everything others have put up on tutorials on youtube and nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine's always been like that too, it's really annoying/: I have to render the parts I want to see without lagging:p I would really like to know what to do as well (if there is anything I could do though)

I use the loop region and 'ctrl+shift+b...
