Anyone using Final Cut Pro?

I just got a Mac a couple of weeks ago and I can't use SV on it so I had to download FCP and I'm not really feeling it. Not too fond of the effects and lack of a timeline. And most of all, I just hate the coloring tools. It's an already "set" option.

I use it all the time and I absolutely LOVE it! It so much more efficient than Sony Vegas. To be totally honest. Once you learn all the nitty gritty tips and tricks, you'll fall in love with it. Try looking online as well for some free plugins and colourings for the program to download, such as mlooks. There are also downloadable presets. And you can use the timeline feature as well, you just have to re-arrange some of the settings you currently have to suit it to how you want it. I've been working with Final Cut Pro for a couple of months now. There's a tumblr called VidderTips that has a person on there who is really skilled with Final Cut Pro. A lot of the questions I've had have been answered by her. I actually find it easier than Sony Vegas after getting used to it. My latest video on my channel was done with Final Cut Pro and it's obviously not the best video ever but I was pretty happy with the results it just takes a lot of working with it, like with any other program.
