That's easy! Just go to "transitions", and under "dissolves", there should be a "fade through red blue green" option or something like that

I think it's more of a NewBlueFX effect, when you go to transitions, and then you choose the RGB option, I think the one the vidder used is called "Explosion at the Paint Shop". I have used it before in another video of mine too, so it looked familiar.

(I used it from 0:33-0:34, 0:46-0:48)
