Hi all i just joined today thanks for making this forum

was wondering if i can get any help with these transitions how they are done to create this video?

like the transitioning at 0.21 and 1:58
an black n white effect at 0.31
and coloring used in whole video?

i really need help, i want to be able to create something like this, i use vegas but dunno how ppl make this type.
