Need help converting a file to a more mac friendly one?

If you export the right way YT won't kill the quality.

Thank you very much for all the help ! I hope i can do a new vid soon (but my imovie have a lot of problem i don't understand why, so I have to come home to Paris to use my father's computer).
Can i delete Imovie ? And reupload ?

Your very welcome. I'm not sure if you can delete iMovie and reupload it, that would actually be a question for the Apple Store.
