.MKV files

mkv files aren't usable in sony vegas, so i wanted to convert them.

but.. it converts only 25 minutes of video.

does anyone know fast way to convert mkv files?

"Handbrake". This is the program that I use to convert all my .mkv files. It takes an hour to do so approximately...

FormatFactory is what I use to convert my .MKV files to either .AVI or .MP4 files. It should only take about 30-45 minutes (max) per episode but it usually only takes 15-20 minutes for me to convert my HD episodes. It just depends how fast your computer is

neonreality i know about FormatFactory, but it's too slow for me i wanted to convert REALLY big file.
in handbrake it took me about 2 hours
