For The Tudors part i used their cross and used mask at pan crop to remove part where is Tudors and wrote Yorks... Translation i use for text is 3D translation.

For the text of the actors' names might it just not be two layers of text, one that has the track fx of "waves" with vertical waves to it? Have you tried doing that? I think it looks fairly similar when I try it anyway.
