some strange SV bug. please help!

this never happened to me before, but lately i'd been having these kind of problems, like when i open the project some scenes doesn't show up but there are still there; like it looks like this

  when sometimes i re-open it again it shows, but it keeps like not showing until then and i don't know why:if anyone knows about it

It should be some setting somewhere that says something like "turn media offline if not used for some time" in the properties section, do you have that box unchecked? Sorry I couldn't be more specific, I'm not on my Vegas-computer right now!
