Can't access my YouTube account anymore

Hey guys so I wasn't hacked or anything, totally my own fault! So Google wanted me to link my account with a gmail which I didn't want but then it linked it with the only gmail I had. It created a new channel which it was linked to so I clicked unlink on my original channel and didn't give it another gmail to link with it!
I stupidly assumed that unlinking it from gmail that it would restore it back to it's on email address but of course now I can't get onto the account. When I try all the can't access account and type the email it says that the account has been terminated, but it's not, it's still right there.
I've contacted Google but hey, me and like a million others so I doubt they'll get to it! So please please please if you have any ideas how to fix this, so desperate!
