Is there a way to put colourings on multiple clips at once? Because it takes so long clicking on each clip. I hope you understand what I mean as I don't think i'm being that clear Well, it depends on which software you use.. I use SV 7 and I can, I don't know about the others..

I hope you understand what I mean as I don't think i'm being that clear You can add a coloring to all clips by clicking the 'effect fx' button right on the track where you change the composition mode ect, & just open up a coloring you have saved or add effects to make a coloring, it will be added to every clip on that track. I hope i helped.

There are two ways to put a colouring on every clip instead of doing it individually one by one by either the video FX track or video FX preview output as the others have stated. TrackPreview OutputHowever, the result is different if colouring is put on everything instead on each clip. Here's the difference of the two same frames going into fade out offset. Colouring on whole track/preview output (fades quicker)Colouring on individual clip (fades smoothly)If you want a video with smooth fade outs of each clip, the second example shows that by placing them in individually. In my opinion, I use this method because even though it is time consuming, I know that I will appreciate having a smooth fade out throughout my whole video. I hope this helps! That coloring is really pretty, would you mind posting it/sharing it/making a tutorial? if not it's alright, but it's really pretty.

Yeah i agree with Adjectivalfulx, and there is also different way to have really black and white on entire track using FX to clip First you need to add coloring you want, saved or you make one...And then add black and white at track...No at picture, scene at track... When you do that on you depend how black your coloring will be... You can movie your black and white card...Here are examples how looks before all cards with coloring and how after: Before coloring: After: WOW hun this coloring is good! Would you mind sharing? If so i use Sony Vegas 10 if you have a download link, if not it's ok, it's so pretty!

Is there a way to put colourings on multiple clips at once? Because it takes so long clicking on each clip. I hope you understand what I mean as I don't think i'm being that clear What I do is I have one normal clip (usually just a text) on the very bottom track and I apply it to clips as I go along. Just copy the clip with the colouring and then right click the uncoloured clip and select "paste event attributes". Be careful though: Only add it to raw clips. If it has any effects already (including pan/crop, slowing it down, or a simple video fx) and you use this method, it will delete it (colouring will be on it, but all previous effects will be non existing). Avoid this by adding the colouring as soon as you add it to the track. Add effect afterwards.

Hmm I'm not sure. I can see that she's limited the saturation probably by using Color Corrector (Secondary). I did that for one of my videos but I'll let you decide if it's similar or not Download link for that coloring: www.mediafire.com/download/k61gyja8j3aykmv/Coloring_%235.veg

Is there a certain way that to put the colourings, for example putting the colouring curves last as I know it looks different if you move them around but is there a way that looks best?

I hope I explain this right so you all can understand, cause I'm bad at explaining haha... but I was wondering, how do I save a coloring I made so I can save the actual file so I can upload it on fileshare ect for others to use? I finally learned how to make my own colorings, and I would like to share 'em once I get better at it.

I finally learned how to make my own colorings, and I would like to share 'em once I get better at it. Step 1: To save your coloring so you can use it again, press the fx-button, then you press the other fx button that allows you to add something, to the right there is a "Save As..."-button, use that one and name your coloring. Step 2: Open up a new project and use your coloring on the track fx (you should find your coloring to the left, something called "filter packages"). Then you save the sony vegas file and share it. Hope that was helpful, otherwise let me know and I'll include screenshots.

I have honestly been trying to figure out how to save the file for the longest time, so thank you for helping me! And it is also great to know how to save the coloring to add to clips, because I would add the coloring one at a time for each clip I add, so it's great to know how to do it faster and easier.
